The Maurivan apartments have one, two & three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with cook top and microwave oven, dishwasher, Wi Fi, living / dining area, satellite TV, balcony and laundry facilities linen and towels are included as well as energy charges and final cleaning. The owners live on the premises and speak English. The apartments are located in the centre of Canazei close to the shops, supermarket, restaurants and cafes.
All rates (2026/27) are per person, for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday and include the following:
- 7 nights accommodation
- 6 days multi-area ski pass plus heated boot & ski lockers at the gondola station*
- Transfers to Campitello from Bolzano return**
- Resort host services, information kit, met on arrival, après ski, assistance in resort
* adjustment will be made for senior and junior ski passes
** adjustment will be made for transfers from other locations e.g. Venice or transfer not required

The apartments are supplied with full linen including towels and tea towels. You will need to supply your own basic bathroom and kitchen needs such as toilet paper, soap and detergents. Please be aware that the supermarket closes at 7pm on Saturday evening. If you will be arriving after 7pm and you would like us to organise these basics, please contact us. There is a mini market open on Sunday.
If the apartment does not have a washing machine, then it will have the use of laundry facilities. You can contact the landlord who will show you where the laundry is and how to operate the machine.
On your day of departure the apartment needs to be vacated by 9 am, and if you are staying for a period of two or more weeks and you would like to request a weekly change of linen, it’s best to notify the land lord in advance.
Final cleaning of the apartment is included but you need to leave the apartment in a neat and tidy state at the end of your stay and replace or pay for any breakages.
