23 November 2013 – In the last 24hr between 30 – 50cm of new snow has fallen in the Dolomites. Today the first ski lifts will open in the Dolomites and more by 30 November. The snow base up on the mountains is over 100cm in many locations. Another front is due this weekend with good snowfalls predicted followed by cold weather for the rest of the week. The Sella Ronda circuit will open in early December. This is all pointing to a great start to the season.
